Report: 11-Year-Old Stole 2 Vehicles
An 11-year-old boy who was reportedly "tired of walking" took police on two chases through Marion, South Carolina.
In this first incident, the boy reportedly stole a pick-up truck on Monday from the Marion Fire Department.
The Marion Police Department released police cruiser dash cam video showing two police cars on the tail of the truck.
According to various media outlets, the boy's mother stepped in front of the truck forcing the boy to stop.
Two days later, the boy was arrested for stealing another car and causing police to follow in pursuit.
The boy was placed in the custody of the Department of Juvenile Justice.
When asked by police why he had taken the vehicles, the boy answered he was "tired of walking."
